Now, you know I love food and books-what you don't know is-is that i love cooking rather than baking because...oh...i dunno...maybe because I am TERRIBLE at baking. Yes, it's true-I alway mess it up, but when I got a look at this book, it really made me feel different about baking-I love it now, and not just for pastries and cakes (which is hard to bake from scratch, I am perfecting it, but Duncan Hines will just have to do...) Check it out, purchase it if you like but never give up on baking-it really is not that hard. The author is Paula Shoyer-a real natural at the craft. Buy it here.
